Fitment Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the alloy wheels ordered are correct for their vehicle, including size, bolt pattern (PCD), offset (ET), and centre bore.
We strongly recommend that you:
- Check your vehicle specifications carefully before ordering
- Consult a qualified professional if you are unsure about fitment
We are happy to assist with fitment guidance based on the information you provide; however, final responsibility remains with the customer.
Please note:
- Returns based on incorrect fitment selection are accepted under the 14-day cancellation period but must meet return conditions (unused, unmounted, and in original packaging)
- We cannot accept returns of wheels that have been fitted, mounted with tyres, or used
This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
Installation & Use Disclaimer
All alloy wheels must be fitted by a qualified professional using appropriate tools and procedures.
We are not liable for:
- Damage caused during installation, including improper fitting or use of incorrect tools
- Issues arising from failure to follow manufacturer guidelines or torque specifications
- Damage caused by road conditions, accidents, or misuse after installation
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:
- Wheels are installed correctly and safely
- Wheel bolts/nuts are properly torqued and rechecked after installation
- Ongoing maintenance and inspections are carried out as required
Improper installation or use may void any applicable warranty.
This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law.
