SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to deliver your alloy wheels quickly, securely, and reliably. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times:
- Ireland: 1–3 business days 
- UK: 2–5 business days 
- EU: 3–7 business days 
- International: 5–10 business days 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays or customs processes.

All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Your Right to Cancel (EU Consumer Rights)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel:
- You must inform us in writing (email is acceptable) within 14 days of receiving your order 
- You then have a further 14 days to return the goods 

To qualify for a full refund:
- Items must be unused, unmounted, and returned in their original packaging 
- Goods must be handled only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and fit 

Refunds will include the standard delivery cost (if applicable), in line with EU regulations. However, any additional delivery upgrades (e.g. express shipping) are non-refundable.

Returns Process

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return your items.

Important notes:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect 
- We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days, using your original payment method.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

Under Irish and EU consumer law, you are entitled to remedies if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:
- Please contact us within a reasonable timeframe with details and photos 
- We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund, depending on the issue 

In these cases, we will cover any return shipping costs.
